It was a really really nice experience, I loved location and staff. The restaurant was good on the ground floor, I tried savoury dishes. Everything was perfect, including nice room decor.

Possibly the best and such wonderful stay for our 3 red visit. We really enjoyed sitting in the gourmet restaurant on the ground floor.

As for me, the area was extremely busy.

Easy location and genuine staff. The room was fabulous and practical, the bathroom was nice size. The service offered here was helpful. Clean and authentic hotel in Baixa / Chiado district. I went to a great restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the local dishes.

Great value and a fantastic experience. All clean, very good staff and location. You could walk to shops and the markets. Visited few places in the centre, just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room was very super comfy, exceptionally comfortable bed. Smooth check in and late check out.

the decor was bright, staff was knowledgeable, and the place was exceptionally clean. enjoyable breakfast, perfect service. the airport was 0.5 km away from here, fab location. welcoming reception.
